| Terms and Conditions Our Terms and Conditions Thank you for shopping at maccKARTING Limited. Our aim is to meet all your karting requirements. This page describes our Terms and Conditions. If you have any queries or comments please email or telephone. Price and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. We endeavour to ensure that the information on the website is accurate and up to date. However, some goods may vary slightly from the picture shown. Delivery Most items can be delivered to all locations in the UK using courier service. Please note that a signature is required on delivery. If no one will be available to sign for the package you may wish us to send the goods to an address where someone will be available to accept the them during normal business hours (ie. a work address). The delivery costs to UK mainland are free on orders over £50 ex vat. All orders below £50 carry a nominal charge of £3.95 +vat. A premium rate is paid for items shipped to UK Highlands, Islands, IOM, IOW, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland , Ireland. maccKARTING will make international shipments please email for details. Whilst goods are dispatched as quickly as possible we cannot accept liability for any delays in dispatch or in delays arising in the delivery of your order. Standard delivery is normally 2-3 working days this can vary during holiday periods such as Easter & Christmas. Returns To return faulty items please contact us immediately (within 7 days) by email or phone to gain authorisation. Delivery costs to macckARTING will not be refunded. Please ensure that the goods are returnd with the invoice, in most instances in the original product packaging and wrapped securely. If approved your faulty item will be replaced with free delivery. Unwanted products If you have ordered an item incorrectly you may return it to us within seven days from the date of delivery. You must notify us first by email or phone to gain authorisation. The goods must be returned to us at your cost, unused, in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Goods returned incomplete or in a damaged/used condition will not be refunded. A 15% handling charge will be levied for the return of incorrect goods and a refund will be given to the originating credit or debit card less the P&P costs. Damages & errors You must notify us by email or in writing within three days of the delivery of your order of any damage or errors on our part, or no liability can be accepted Payment and taxes We accept online payment via Worldpay and PAYpal, we also accept cheque and cash on collection. All new product prices displayed exclude VAT. All used product prices include VAT which is against the value added over cost @ 17.5% VAT. To avoid confusion with Used products the price you see is the price you pay. All products will be shipped with a valid VAT receipt. Out of stock items If your item is not in stock we will email you to let you know and give you the option to cancel your order or place the item on back order. Indemnity You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from and against any claims, actions or demands (including any legal fees incur in connection therewith) resulting from your misuse of our web site or your breach of these terms and conditions. We will notify you promptly of any such claim, action or demand and will assist you as may be reasonably necessary providing you meet our costs and expenses (including our legal fees). Limitation of Liability To the extent that we are lawfully able to do so, we will not be liable for any claims, losses and/or damages of any nature resulting from: (a) your use or inability to use the web site; (b) the supply of products, their use or resale by you. maccKARTING Limted will not accept any liability for injury or accidents arising from racing, driving or any use of products supplied. Privacy maccKARTING will not disclose any information to third parties, other than when necessary to meet your order or where we have a legal obligation to supply information. Secure ordering maccKARTING Limited is committed to providing a safe and secure on-line service to its customers We do not store any credit card details or other sensitive information at www.macckarting.co.uk. or www. macckartingonline.co.uk All transactions are processed by Worldpay, who use bank approved software and the highest level of encryption to ensure that your credit card details are kept secure at all times. In summary, your payment details and personal details are safe when you order with maccKARTING Ltd Alternatively you can pay by cheque with order, goods will be despatched once the cheque has been cleared through our bank. We operate a minimum order charge of £15.00 (ex VAT). Cheques should be made payable to "maccKARTING Limited" Alternatively if you wish to purchase goods from us on a regular basis you can apply to open a credit account with us by requesting a credit account application form. « Back |
